Welcome to Cliff Hotel & Spa****, where luxury meets nature and every room frames a stunning sea view. Nestled in a serene setting, our hotel features 18 spacious rooms across three different categories: Standard, Superior, and Suite. Each room is designed with a sumptuous style that harmonizes with the breathtaking views of the sea, creating an environment of prestige, homeliness, and warmth.

The Belvedere Resort includes five distinct villas (Tamara, Oliva, Šalet, Loret and Palma). Their colourful and air-conditions rooms are furnished in a Mediterranean style. The majority thereof boasts a balcony while some are well-known for a wonderful view of the Gulf of Trieste. The rooms have recently been renovated.

The camping area covers over 2.5 hectares and can accommodate up to 480 guests. Camping is possible in the shaded area, under pine trees and on olive tree terraces. It is suitable for guests with tents as well as for those with camping trailers. The camp has two sets of toilets that include WC, showers, sinks, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher (Easy Bee), ice maker, baby changing tables, special bath for babies and a separated dog wash station.

Its strategic location provides various outdoor activity options, such as hiking, cycling, horse-riding, exploring nature, etc.

Welcome to the most beautiful culinary view of Izola! The Kamin Restaurant constitutes the jewel of the Belvedere Resort boasting a terrace with an exceptional view of Izola and the Gulf of Trieste. Its menu consists mainly of Istrian and fish specialities, although international dishes are also available. Its luscious local dishes are based on our home-made AOC extra virgin olive oil. 

The restaurant can accomodate 120 guests in the Sala Grande and 40 seats in Kamin. The terrace can be used by approximately 120 people. As such, it is perfect for various events, such as weddings, birthday parties and other special occasions.

Cliff Spa conveys the story of the local Mediterranean environment in which guests are pervaded by the scents of lavender, rosemary and olive trees. Cliff Spa is a small intimate spa with a wide range of services for both hotel and other guests with an emphasis on Mediterranean essences but without disregarding the need for a more exotic range of services assured through Asian massages (Thai, Hawaiian and Japanese).

In addition to facial and body care and massage, the spa also includes a sauna centre (including a Finnish, Turkish, infrared and organic herb sauna), a small swimming pool with a terrace and a vista of the sea, a fitness centre and a VIP Spa for couples.

The Belvedere Congress Centre offers three multi-purpose rooms that can be used for various types of meetings. Boasting an exquisite vista of the Slovenian sea or the nearby hills, these are going to be a sight for sore eyes of all participants retreating from the urban hustle and bustle.

There are many things you can do at the Belvedere Resort and its surroundings, such as walking, cycling and other activities in nature. The resort provides a tennis court, a mini-golf course, table tennis, rental of high-quality electric bicycles and, in summer season, an outdoor swimming pool with animation for children and adults. An especially fine experience is the picnic amongst the olive groves with an unforgettable view.

Izola and its surroundings offer a wide range of hiking trails and cycling paths (for example the famous Parenzana), which connects us with the hinterland and other coastal towns.
