1. Where is Belvedere located?
Belvedere is located in an exceptional location above Izola, with a view of the sea and the surrounding area. Due to the peaceful environment and good accessibility, it is an ideal choice both for relaxation and for special occasions. The exact location and directions for arrival are available on the Contact page.

2. Is a prior reservation required?
Yes, a prior reservation is recommended, especially during the season, weekends, and holidays. This allows us to ensure availability and the best possible experience.

3. What are the opening hours?
The hotel is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, except during periods when regular maintenance works are carried out (usually in January). The opening hours of the restaurant and spa may vary depending on the season and events. You can always find the most up-to-date information on our website or on the Belvedere Google profile.

4. Do you offer the possibility of private events?
Yes. Belvedere is a suitable location for:

  • weddings,
  • anniversaries,
  • business meetings,
  • private parties and celebrations.

Events are adapted to your wishes – from the space arrangement to the food and beverage offer.

5. Is parking available?
Yes, free outdoor parking is available for guests.

6. Are you suitable for families with children?
Of course. Belvedere Resort is also a family-friendly destination. During the summer, various children’s activities (animation) take place at our outdoor pool. The resort also offers playground equipment and a children’s pool.

7. Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. With prior notice we accommodate:

  • vegetarian or vegan diets,
  • gluten-free diets,
  • allergies and intolerances.

Please inform us about special requirements at the time of reservation.

8. Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome in Camp Belvedere*** and in certain rooms in Villas Belvedere***. Pets are not allowed in Cliff Hotel & Spa****. The rules regarding pets are available on our website. The surcharge is €20 per animal.

12. Is the information on the website always up to date?
We strive to keep all information regularly updated. Nevertheless, for important details (dates, special events, groups), we recommend contacting us directly.

13. Are the rooms accessible without using stairs or is there an elevator available?
In Villas Belvedere*** some rooms are located on the ground floor, but there is no elevator for the upper floors. Please inform us at the time of reservation if you need a ground-floor room.

An elevator is available in Cliff Hotel & Spa****.

14. How far are the rooms from the breakfast area?
The rooms are located 50 to 200 meters from the restaurant, depending on the location of the accommodation.

15. Is the accommodation accessible for guests in wheelchairs?
Accessibility for guests with disabilities is possible in Cliff Hotel & Spa****, where an elevator is also available. However, the spaces (rooms, restrooms) are not specifically adapted.

16. Is it possible to rent electric bicycles (e-bikes)?
Yes, electric bicycles can be rented. You can also rent a helmet or order a basket of local delicacies.

17. Is it possible to pay extra for dinner?
If your package does not include dinner, you can request half board. The surcharge can be arranged at the reception. Please inform us of your decision before arrival or at the latest on the day of arrival for the following day.

18. Do you offer vegan food?
Yes, in Restaurant Kamin we also offer vegan dishes. Please inform reception about your dietary preferences.

19. Does the price include breakfast?
Yes, all accommodation prices include a rich buffet breakfast.

20. Can external guests order breakfast?
Yes, external guests can enjoy buffet and à la carte breakfast for an additional charge.

21. Until what time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00.

22. Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.

23. Do all rooms have a balcony?
Most of our rooms have a balcony. When booking, please check whether the selected room has a balcony or not.

24. Do you offer room service?
Room service is available at Cliff Hotel & Spa**** between 6:00 and 22:00.

25. Can I bring my own baby cot or rent one from you?
You may bring your own baby cot or rent one from us for an additional fee. Please inform the reception before arrival so we can accommodate you in a suitably sized room.

26. Is entry to the sauna, fitness, and pool paid?
For guests of Cliff Hotel & Spa****, entry to the sauna, fitness, and pool is free. For guests staying in the Villas Belvedere*** annex buildings, entry is available for an additional charge. Entry is also possible for external guests who are not staying at Belvedere Resort.

27. Is there free transport to the beach?
During the main season we provide our guests with free transport to the beach with the hotel minibus.

28. How far is the beach?
The beach is approximately 800 m from Belvedere Resort. It can be reached on foot, by car (paid parking), or by the free hotel minibus (operating from June to September).

29. How often is bed linen changed during my stay?
According to the standards for a three-star hotel, bed linen is changed every fourth day of stay (after 3 nights). If you would like more frequent linen changes, this will be charged €10–€15 for each change.
